Very Rare twin magazine MP-40/I.This was developed for use on the eastern front to counter the Russian PPSh-41 sub-machine gun. Since it was produced in such few numbers, developed later in the war, and used almost exclusively on the eastern front, few survived the war.This MP-40/I is one of just a few known to still exist; 4 examples are in museums and 3-4 others are known to be in a private collection.Pictures here show a standard MP-40 next to the MP-40/I and numerous images of the twin magazine housing on the MP-40I.
