Both white circular field and swastika bordered in gilt wire thread and swastika has a gilt washed alloy political style rank pip to center. Applied to center is a machine woven, horizontal strip of repeating gilt 13mm flat-wire oak-leaves, with 1 mm gilt wire piping. Top and bottom of armband is bordered in light blue rayon piping with a secondary 1mm gilt wire piping inset from outer edges. "Oben" arrow ink stamped to reverse, Length approx. 20 inches
