Dr Alfred Meyer (1891-1945) Veteran of the first World War on the western front, twice earning the Iron Cross, Meyer joined the Nazi Party in 1928, ascending quickly to the influential and powerful position of Gauleiter in 1931. Of significant interest was Meyer's attendance at the Wannsee Conference in 1942 where the Final Solution to the Jewish Question was first revealed. This is a unique, personally autographed photo by Dr Meyer, whose dedication reads:
