This unique and rare album belonged to Obergruppenführer Hanns Ludin, who was a blood order recipient and SA High Leader who subsequently joined the Foreign Office and became ambassador to the Slovak Republic. The photos are mostly large and clear, unlike most albums, with over 150 images included. After the war, Ludin was sentenced to death and hung in Czechoslovakia. Ludin's son made a documentary in 2005 about his father's involvement with the Third Reich (DVD included with album purchase).The images show many high ranking officials to include Arthur Axmann, leader of the HJ.
