Nuremberg Style Eagle # 515
Nuremberg Style Eagle # 515
The Nuremberg desk eagle is so called because it is patterned after the massive iron eagles found at the Luitpold Arena at the Party Rally Grounds in Nuremberg. These eagles were commonly sold during the Rallies as a commemorative item in and around the Rally Grounds. Standing about 8 inches high, they are of convenient dimensions and work well in any type of Third Reich collection, Political or otherwise. Due to the symbolism and size, they fit right in in any corner of a historically centered study or collecting room. Surprisingly substantial for an object of its compact stature, it is a real value compared to other Third Reich art.Nuremberg Style Eagle
