The World War II was the second war which affected the whole world and brought a lot of change in the relations of different countries, while affecting their economy and health. It was a very brutal and destructive war, where nearly 50 million people lost their lives. This war started from 1939 and can to an end in 1945. The German’s played a huge role in starting this war and inciting it more around the world. At the time of WWII, Germany was led by Adolf Hitler. He was followed by all the Nazi followers. This war started from Europe, while affecting the Russia, Japan and to the Pacific.

As the Germany was a main culprit in starting this war, we see what are the reasons and significance of Germany to start it were and what the outcome of it was:


  • The German’s led by the political Party NSDAP, started this war because they wanted the revenge from the other countries for the failure in WWI. The Germans had to pay a huge price for the First World War and they were left in economic depression. Their loss was huge as they lost the best leaders who were either injured or died in that war. They blamed the Treaty of Versailles for the failure.

  • The Nazi group came in the spotlight after Hitler formed the group of dome powerful leaders and rulers. Many people started following him.

  • He used to openly declare his hate and hostility towards the Jews and used to openly mention his plans for them in his book, “Mein Kampf”, which was written while he was in the prison.

  • Hitler taught and made his army and men learn new techniques and strategies to take over the enemies, such as the Blitzkrieg, which helped him in conquering the most parts of the Europe.

  • Hitler didn’t allow the women to take part in the war as he thought they need to stay at home and protected by the men. This was the biggest mistake on the part of the Hitler as women were the strong part of the German society.

  • The most horrible and dreadful event that took place at the orders of Hitler was the Holocaust, which was targeted at the Jews.

The start of the WWII was very successful for the German’s about their pride and boasting led them to lose the wars in the later battles.

The World War II was won by the Russians and Germans again had to pay the huge price for starting the war Germany in World War II was also ostensibly with its powerful leader had the amazing and unique items which people now a days love to collect. Their uniforms, medals and badges have a lot of interest for the collectors. German army’s Buckles, like HJ leader, DAK Heer, Luftwaffe and many more. The armbands, stamps and flags with the insignia of swastika are very famous.
