An e-mail, telephone call, or checkout is fine. It's a pretty simple premise with these items, if you would like an item, send me an e-mail or use the checkout. I will contact you to go over any questions and the best way to handle shipping, plus any other details or questions you may have. 

Payments can be made either by Paypal, (all major) credit cards, money orders, international money orders, or wire transfer. Please contact me for wire instructions. A 4% fee for Paypal or 3% fee for Credit Card transactions is added during checkout.

Credit Card statements will show merchant name: "Jeff Clark Inc."

Every item we sell is guaranteed to be original. These are items from my personal collection, some of which were brought back from the war by my relatives. Buy with confidence! If you are not happy with the item, simply return it within 7 days for a refund.

Letters of Authenticity can be provided upon request.

I am not here to make money on shipping fees, but with that in mind, I am not going to lose money either. With Paypal purchases, I can easily refund any extra postage not used. If paying by other methods, please discuss shipping options prior to payment, so fees are correct.
I ship most everything via USPS Express mail, for insurance reasons. Depending on the item and service allowed, I will use other shippers and this option can be discussed, especially with overseas buyers. Generally, less expensive items will be shipped Priority Mail. Multiple items per order will reduce shipping accordingly.

For international shipments, boxes are marked with a low value. Each box is, however, fully insured by my insurance against loss, damage and theft. Please note: If you live in Germany or France, or other foreign countries - know your country's laws. While I cover all swastikas with tape for orders to France and Germany, I cannot be responsible for items seized by the authorities of your government. Additionally, on international orders, all import fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Every effort has been made to describe items as accurately as possibly. Many of the items speak for themselves and some are one of a kind. Words like "gold", "silver", etc., do not indicate a commodity, but refer to colors or award grades/levels.

Items can be reserved with a deposit and the balance paid over an agreed period of time. During this period, the item(s) would be held until paid in full, unless agreed otherwise. In the event of a customer changing their mind during the course of the layaway period, a portion of the deposit may or may not be nonrefundable, depending on the circumstances. However, I am very flexible on terms and am willing to work with you with any item, so feel free to contact me to discuss.
