Reichsleitung Hauptbereichsleiter Tunic # 548
Reichsleitung Hauptbereichsleiter Tunic # 548
One of a kind set! This set was liberated by one of the first US service men into the Munich/Dachau area and comes with the capture paper. A named set to Blood Order Recepient Dr Richard Müller.
Very Rare Political Leader "Einsatz-und Dienstuniform" (Service and Duty Uniform) private maker tunic introduced on March 23, 1944. Note the Blood Order Ribbon, concealed pebbled button front, plain armband, and lack of collar piping; all per the new regulations for this style tunic. Owners name label inside the tunic pocket. Embroidered collar tabs for the rank of Reich Hauptbereichsleiter.
The pattern 1939 visor cap for Reich level has the bullion embroidered cap wreath, which was correcly only worn with embroidered collar tabs. This visor is no post war put-together or fake and was obviously worn and used often by Müller.
The set includes his tunic, pants, handkerchief, tie, capture papers, and extremely rare Reich level embroidered visor. I have never seen another Einsatz-und Dienstuniform any where!! Several period images shown here with this style tunic being worn late in the war by Political Leaders.
